Leadership, Responsibility, and Service
The Investiture Ceremony at Auxilium School Maradiyur is one of the most anticipated events of the academic year. It marks the formal induction of the Student Council and the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, responsibility, and service among students. This grand ceremony reflects our commitment to developing leaders who will shape the future with integrity and compassion.
The Ceremony
The Investiture Ceremony begins with a solemn march past, followed by the lighting of the lamp, a prayer service, and the national anthem. The chief guest, usually a distinguished educator or community leader, is welcomed with a guard of honor formed by the outgoing student council members.
Induction of Student Leaders
During the ceremony, newly elected student leaders—including the Head Boy, Head Girl, Captains, Vice Captains, House Leaders, and Committee Members—are formally invested with their badges of office. They take an oath to uphold the values and traditions of Auxilium School, serve their peers with dedication, and lead by example.
House System
The school follows a vibrant House System that fosters healthy competition, teamwork, and school spirit. Each house is named after a noble virtue or inspiring figure. Students are assigned to houses upon enrollment and compete in academics, sports, cultural events, and community service throughout the year.
