Celebrating International Yoga Day at Our School – 21-0-25
On this International Yoga Day, our school embraced the spirit of wellness and mindfulness under the expert guidance of Master Sanketh. Students from all grades gathered to participate in a rejuvenating yoga session that lasted for an hour, immersing themselves in the rhythm of yoga.
Master Sanketh led the children through a series of asanas designed to promote health, enhance concentration, and encourage relaxation. The atmosphere was filled with positivity as students practiced various poses, learning the importance of balance and mindfulness in their daily lives.
